Corporate event
"Russian village"

How do you throw a corporate party with true Russian spirit? Bring people together, serve plenty of good food, add live music - and turn it all into our own vibrant take on a traditional Russian village.

Instead of a typical welcome, guests were greeted by traditional street vendors handing out freshly baked pies, a homemade liqueur bar and kvass served straight from a barrel. The setting was filled with richly patterned rugs, hay bales, wooden barrels, hand-painted balalaikas and traditional folk motifs. We created two colourful photo zones and designed custom-made, Russian-inspired props for the photo booth especially for this event.

The entertainment was just as colourful: traditional coin minting, a workshop where guests made flower crowns from fresh blooms, and lively Russian folk games that quickly got everyone involved. A live folklore ensemble brought even more energy with accordion, balalaikas and powerful folk vocals. Together with the host, they turned the afternoon into one big summer celebration.
As evening fell, the party moved to the dance floor - new music, new rhythm, same energy.

This was our take on the Russian village - colourful, generous, a little mischievous and anything but a museum piece. Traditions weren’t there to be watched - they were there to be lived, played with and enjoyed!
