The RZD Spartakiad is a shining example of how we transformed an ordinary corporate day into an exhilarating sports celebration!
Key Highlights:
1. Custom Event Branding
We developed the entire visual identity of the sports event in line with modern trends. Every element of the stadium was branded, including the champion’s podium, feather flags, banners, stretchers, event maps, tournament tables, referee and instructor uniforms, certificates, and trophies. Even the prize-winning pies were labeled “Tasty Doping”!
2. Team Parade with a Twist
We orchestrated a seamless parade of teams for the opening ceremony. Despite many teams traveling from different cities, we coordinated everything remotely. The parade, captured by drones, turned out stunningly impressive.
3. Streamlined Team Support
Our instructors ensured smooth navigation for visiting teams, guiding them across the sprawling event venue. Teams arrived on time for tournaments and followed instructions efficiently.
Focus of the Event
The primary goal wasn’t competition but fostering connections between employees from different Siberian cities. Participants showcased their athletic skills in volleyball, table tennis, track and field, long jump, tug-of-war, and kettlebell lifting. More importantly, they got to know their colleagues in a new, informal setting.
Positive emotions, the joy of victory, and a strong sense of team spirit - this is what the RZD Spartakiad was all about!
