The New Year's party "Scandinavia" covered very different spheres - there was an introduction to the Danish hügge philosophy, Viking rituals, traditional cuisine of northern Europe, and technology.
Surströmming and smørrebrød on the velkom, hot grog and ice bar on the terrace, where after the toasts there were ice shots.
In the tradition of hügge, coziness in the house comes first, so we chose workshops on painting gingerbread houses and decorating Christmas wreaths.
Real Vikings listened to a lecture about strong drinks with tasting, took pictures in helmets and lats, learned to play drums, organized fun battles and made crafted drakkars!
In the technology sector, we organized several modern activity points: VR games and robot hockey.
The live performance of bagpipers added Scandinavian flavor. And at midnight Joulupukki arrived under the restaurant windows on a sleigh pulled by reindeer!
