A vibrant summer celebration for Ingram Micro.
Summer is all about picnics, outdoor games, and beach festivals. We drew from the best summer traditions, focusing on team-building activities to connect and unite the guests.
Instead of a traditional welcome reception, we hosted a burger championship. Each team, guided by professional chefs, crafted their signature burger, presented it, and, of course, promptly tasted their creations.
The highlight of the event was a blockchain-inspired team game, where participants accumulated energy, converted it into virtual currency, and used their earned IM-coins to purchase branded merchandise.
We divided background activities into two categories - on land and on water. On land, yoga proved to be the favorite, while on water, kitesurfing stole the show.
The evening ended with a vibrant and colorful Holi festival, adding a bright and joyful finale to an unforgettable summer celebration!
